Here are a few suggestions for you if you are the person (or one of the) responsible for your organization's Microsoft licensing:
Try to get an accurate inventory of licenses that you think your organization should be paying for. Use last year's or the latest true up that you have
Identify and collect pain points in your organization with handling the Microsoft licenses
Speak to a trusted advisor (like Opkalla) to go through your other options for managing your organization's licenses. Even if your current provider is doing okay, it is worth having this conversation because it can give you leverage at the next negotiation (lower cost, more services, etc.).
