What do they do: NHC offers support in three simple layers:
NETWORK – Whether Public or Private, NHC will deploy network connectivity anywhere in the country by leveraging modern transport mechanisms such as Fiber, Copper, Cable, LTE (soon 5G), Fixed Wireless and Satellite.
OVERLAY – NHC Cloud-native applications are critical for any customer profile, and include UCaaS, Contact Center, Collaboration, Hosted Voice, VoIP, IP-PRI and IP-POTS, SD-WAN and Security.
MANAGE – Once a customer procures their Network and Overlay options, NHC will manage it proactively. If a customer already works with an MSP, NHC will co-manage at no additional cost
